General Reservation Policies:
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance is due in cash on arrival. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, we will return 90% of your reservation deposit. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date, we will try to re-rent the property. If it re-rents, we will return 80% of your deposit. If it doesn’t re-rent, you forfeit the deposit. There is no refund for cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to reserving. Thanks! |
